Tom Luce to be featured speaker at U.S. News and World Report summit

Tom Luce, founding CEO and board member of the National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI), will be one of the featured speakers at the U.S. News and World Report’s summit at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. later this month on “MAKING SCIENCE COOL: Solving the Shortage of Math and Science Students.” Luce, a former Assistant U.S. Secretary of Education, presided over the creation of NMSI in 2007 and its rapid growth into an organization with programs to improve math and science education in 20 states.
