Reasoning Mind

The team at Reasoning Mind just got some encouraging support: Texas Gov. Rick Perry called for the web-based math program to be funded by the state of Texas. During a trip to Cornelius Elementary School in Houston ISD, Gov. Perry said that given state funding, schools across the state will "quickly adopt the program." The governor's remarks came after he was given a demonstration of the RM program in action. He demonstrated some high-tech agility himself by Twittering, "Just witnessed greatness. Reasoning Mind program teaching math. This is a game changer!"

The governor also encouraged citizens to go to www.reasoningmind.org and contract their state representatives and senators, saying "This is a great tool if we are to stay competitive in the world."
